HOW TO GET TO CAMIGUIN ISLAND FROM BUTUAN CITY
From Butuan City Airport.
- Go outside from the airport and wait for passing multicabs. Any multicab will do; simply tell the driver to drop you off at Robinsons Mall. The fare is approximately ₱15.00.
- The Robinsons bus terminal is located behind the mall.
- Get on a bus bound for Cagayan de Oro and tell the driver to drop you off at Balingoan Terminal. The fare is approximately ₱200.00.
- Once in Balingoan Terminal, utilize Google Maps to guide you to Balingoan Port; it's only 3-5 minute walk from Balingoan Terminal, or you can take a tricycle for ₱10.00 per person.
- You’ve arrived in Balingoan Port. The fees are: Ferry Fee ₱359.00 (Regular) ₱287.00 (Student) •Terminal Fee ₱15.00 •Environmental Fee ₱7.00.
From Butuan City Bus Terminal (Langihan)
- Take a multicab marked 'R4' and ask the driver to take you to Robinsons Mall. The fare is approximately ₱15.00
- Follow the steps in #2-5 above.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST
To enter Camiguin Island, first obtain a personal Camiguin QR code at Clean Camiguin QR Code. Simply follow the instructions on the page and save the QR code to be shown while purchasing a ticket, entering Camiguin, and exiting Camiguin.

HOW TO GET AROUND CAMIGUIN ISLAND
- Book a tour on Facebook; there are many pages/accounts that offer tours, but make sure it's legitimate before paying any fees.
- Rent a motorcycle; you can do it in advance on Facebook, or you can do so after you get at Benoni port, since there are motorcycles waiting outside the port.
- Commuting like a local. Their modes of transportation are motorbike, multicab, and motorella. It will be so simple because the people on the island are friendly; you can ask anyone how to get from one location to another.
